It's Beginning to Look Like a Nursery

Once Kevin and I found out we were having a boy, I began the search looking for bedding. I spent plenty of hours on the internet searching for boy bedding and happened to fall in love with the idea of owls. I found a few inspiration rooms and started to run with the idea.

After Christmas we ordered our bedding and it came in faster than I thought it would. I was so excited for it to come in and I love it!

Nana and Pawpaw were so sweet and for Christmas gave us money to buy a crib. On New Years day, Kevin and I made a trip to Babies-R-Us with part of our bedding to decide on a crib. We quickly agreed on the color, but we had more of a difficult time than I thought we would to decided on the one. There are quite a few choices. We made our decision and placed our order.

The crib came in and Kevin went to pick it up. We were in the process of taking out the parts when Kevin noticed that a chunk of wood was missing. So back in the box it went to return it and wait for a new one to come it. It was very disappointing not to be able to put it together and the dogs were so excited about the big box.

About a week later the new crib came in and we repeated the process of taking the parts out. This time it was a go! Kevin put the crib together with some help from the dogs and me.

Now it's starting to look like a nursery! Crib and bedding are now checked off the to do list!
