The Growing Baby Bump...

My bump is getting bigger and Baby Heinze is growing! This past weekend I went shopping for maternity clothes. My normal pants just don't fit anymore and the belly band isn't going to last much longer. The maternity section is very small in stores and not that exciting. I did have lots of success at gap though. As promised more belly pictures.

Weekend Visitors

The Arlington Heinze's came to San Antonio this past weekend. The weekend went by fast, but a good time was had by all.

On Friday, everyone got to see my school and we celebrated Kevin and Kathleen's birthdays.

Saturday we had a big breakfast and watched the Tech game. The game did not go as we had planned, but on the positive side we went to see Puss In Boots. It was a very funny movie and we all laughed a lot. That night we had a yummy steak dinner and then the weekend was over just like that.

Lubbock

After being away from Lubbock for three years, I finally made my way back! Kevin on the other hand was lucky and got to make the trip a year ago. Kevin and I started to plan our trip to Lubbock this past summer. We wanted to go to a game, see how Lubbock had changed, go to our favorite restaurants, and shop at a bookstore.

On Friday, we took the day off of work and began making our way up to Lubbock. We made a pit-stop in Miles and had lunch with Kevin's grandparents, uncles, and aunt. Then, before we hit the road, we drove around collecting the game cameras and adding corn to the feeders.

After we checked into our hotel, Kevin and I got ready and we went to Caprock Cafe to have dinner and watch the Rangers game. We had some really good fried pickles and sadly watched the Rangers lose the World Series.

Cheers to being back in Lubbock...

Saturday was game day! We started our morning by going to Red Raider Outfitters and getting some new Tech gear. Baby Heinze is now ready to be an official Red Raider fan! We spent the rest of our morning and early afternoon driving around and have fried cheese from Spankys.

Then it was game time. We met up with Jay and his family before the game and then watched the not so great game against Iowa State.

Sunday we said our goodbyes to Lubbock. Kevin and I had so much fun and I'm not sure why it took us so long to both go back and visit. Lubbock was a perfect place to go to college. We both have so many great memories and I forgot how much I love Lubbock.
